The name Motion MBS was chosen with intention. To me, motion is more than physical movement - it's the energy of creating change, moving forward, and putting things into motion within our lives.
While movement is a key part of what I offer through yoga and somatic practices, true transformation begins when we create space to reconnect with ourselves. From that place of awareness, healing, growth, and positive change can naturally unfold.
The MBS stands for Mind, Body & Soul - the three interconnected aspects of ourselves that deserve equal care and attention. Through movement, mindfulness, connection, and community, Motion MBS supports you in finding greater balance, authenticity, and well-being.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat, sitting in circle, or joining a retreat, my intention is to help you create movement not only in your body, but within your life.
